- The actual speed you experience depends on a number of factors, including, your equipment, the quality and location of your line, including how far your connection is from the local telephone exchange, the applications you are using, the capacity and speed of our systems, the systems of our suppliers, and the Internet generally. For these reasons, you should not expect your actual speed to be at or near the theoretical maximum. You must have a landline service in order to receive Slimtel broadband. The landline service does not have to be with slimtel but you'll get a discount if it is with us.
- Minimum On-Net total cost for 12 months on is $828 and for 24 months is $1656 which doesn't include the modem price or any other cost associated with the connection and troubleshooting.
